  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We wish we could offer free shipping! We’re constantly working on our shipping pricing to try to make it as affordable as possible for our customers - USPS has raised prices three times this past year, making it so hard for small businesses! We appreciate you!

  • Where do you source your ingredients?

    We source all of our ingredients consciously: we use organic ingredients when possible and choose sustainable options that protect the earth. On our five acre property, we grow our own flowers and herbs when our climate allows, and forage wild resources whenever possible. All of the honey and beeswax used in our products is produced responsibly on our farm, or by a neighboring beekeeper.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    We are unable to accept returns/exchanges, unless the product arrives to you damaged or broken! Please contact us if your order does not arrive in good condition.

  • Do you offer white label products?

    At this time, we do not offer private or white label sales. Find out more about wholesale here.
